- compatibility with Windows Vista has been improved;
- the folder where the settings file is located has been changed: now it is the standard folder for storing the application data of the current user;
- the • character is moved from the “X” key to the “B” key (from the word bullet);

version 1.3 released on July 3, 2008:
- many combining diacritical marks have been added;
- all combining diacritics are highlighted in greed in the on-screen hint;
- new signs: the currency ¤ (AltGr+Q) and shekel ₪ (AltGr+Shift+S);
- the “Check for updates” command is now available, it opens the page with information about updates in the browser;
- the installation software has been completely revised (Inno Setup instead of NSIS);

- the hotkey for opening the on-screen hint is now available (AltGr+F1 by default);
- inserting umlauts ä, ö, ü (AltGr+U after the vowel) and the ß letter without switching to the German layout (not for all fonts);
- correct acute and grave accents (for example, á and à);
- the installation software has been improved;
- minor bugs have been fixed;
